I love the new trend of having Christmas decorations in different themes. They give you the Christmas spirit while giving the new feel on it. I decided that pink, gold and red theme was my favorite of the non traditional.
For this design, I used a small nail art brush, a smal dotting tool, and the following polish:
Gold: Color Club "24° Below"
Pink: Forever 21 “Dusty pink”
Red: L’Oréal “Hot Couture”
and, of course, my current favorite quick dry top coat by Seche Vite.
I first painted the middle line so that I can keep track of where center was. I took all the different colors and, using the small nail art brush, painted short light strokes starting at the top and getting longer as I go to the bottom. I did the layers each individually with on color then following with the next. I took the dotting tool and created the ornaments. I put the star jewel on top and then a final layer of top coat to seal it in.
Tell me what you think!
