Jack Skellington!

Updated: Aug 6, 2019

Happy Halloween everyone! It feels like it’s been Halloween for weeks and it’s finally here. I chose the classic Jack Skellington design for my final Halloween design

For this design, I used striping tape, a latex free makeup sponge, a small nail art brush, and the following polishes:

White: Sally Hansen “White on”

Black: Mica Black

and, of course, my current favorite quick dry top coat by Seche Vite.

First, I painted 3 of the nails with the Sally Hansen “White on” and 1 with Mica Black. For the striped nail I used the striping tape and completly covered my nail in tape and then removed every other one so that the spacing was the same width of the tape. I used the makeup sponge and the Mica Black and dabbed the nail until opaque. For the jack’s face nail, I used the small nail art brush to draw. Finally, a layer of quick dry top coat to top it off.

Tell me what you think!
