It’s getting so close to Halloween! But Halloweekend is here and I’m ready for it! I love the classic jack-o-lantern nails because they are simple and look so good. You can change them to whatever face you want. I went with a few smiles and one angry.
For this design, I used a small nail art brush and the following polish:
Orange: Color Club “Grand Canyon”
Black holo: Color Club “Beyond”
and, of course, my current favorite quick dry top coat by Seche Vite.
This is a really simple design and just comes down to your free hand skills. I painted the base Color Club “Grand Canyon.” Next, I took the small nail art brush and did my best to make the smiley faces. This was pretty difficult because my nails are very curved and narrow so I had to draw the faces accordingly. Hence why most of them have very long eyes. Since it is freehand, it’s totally up to you to make it look however you want. Finally, a layer of quick dry top coat to top it off.
Tell me what you think!
