While I was doing these nails I knew immediately that I was going to love how they turn out. They look like a partly cloudy day with the sky still peeking out from behind.
For this design, I used the following polish:
Blue-ish White: OPI "New Birth
Blue holo: Color Club "Over the Moon"
Baby Blue: Color Club "Meet Me at the Rink"
and, of course, my current favorite quick dry top coat by Seche Vite.
First, I started with a base color of OPI "New Birth." To get this design, I used the dry brush technique similar to my previous post. I first used Color Club "Over the Moon." Again, for the dry brush technique, you take you polish brush and get off as much of the polish as possible. The brush will look as if there is nothing on there and is dry. When they brush looks dry, you make asymmetrical brush strokes on your nail. I repeated this step again with OPI "New Birth and a third time with Color Club "Meet Me at the Rink." Finally, quick dry top coat to seal everything in.
Tell me what you think!
