Marble

I decided to try the marble design everyone is doing. Let me tell you, it’s harder than it looks! The hard part is you are trying to make it look effortless but you are putting a lot of work into it. It reminds me of the "No makeup" makeup look.

For this look I used a medium nail art brush and the following polishes:

Pearlescent white: Color Club “Winter White”

Grey: OPI “Cement the Deal”

Black: MICA “Black”

To get this look, I first used the white for a base coat. Once that was done I used the grey polish to create a dry brush look. To get this dry brush look, you would take the nail polish brush and get as much of the excess polish off of the brush to the point where it looks almost dry. Once I did that, I took the nail polish and brushed it in different directions to make it look uneven. After that, I took the black polish and, using the medium nail art brush, draw thin lines on my nails. Quickly after, I dipped the same brush in acetone and traced over the black line I had just created. This allowed the line to become thin out and become a little more dispersed. Once that was done, I sealed it all off with a quick dry top coat.

Tell me what you think!
