I have always loved floral nails. They are just a simple and classic design that will always look good, whether it is for a date night, a wedding, or even just your average week at work. Best part is, they are so easy to do and any skill level can do them!
For this design I used a medium nail brush, a large dotting tool, an ELF concealer brush for clean up and the following polishes:
Mauve: OPI “Suzi Sells Sushi by the Seashore” White: Sally Hansen “White On”
Yellow: Color Club “Psychedelic Scene” as well as my current favorite quick dry top coat Seche Vite.
To create the petals, I took the nail art brush and pressed down the side of the brush against my nail to make a more natural petal shape. A little bit of touch up was done to make that shape look cleaner. Once all the petals were done, I took the dotting tool and made the center of the daisy. I chose to do multiple dots instead of one large center because it makes it look more natural and I really liked how it turned out. A bit of cuticle cleanup was done using the concealer brush to remove the excess polish. Lastly, I applied the quick dry top coat to seal everything in.
Tell me what you think!
